About the Staff

Dr. Centofanti is a board certified neurologist by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in the subspecialty of neurology.  He completed a neurology residency through the Brown University Program in Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital.  Dr. Centofanti is also fellowship trained in movement disorders and a Board Certified Independent Medical Examiner.
